Returns policy

We strive for fairness for all - including you - whilst keeping our costs down so that the people making Visible clothes benefit to the maximum.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of it being dispatched to you.

Returns:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was sent, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (minus postage fees), and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in a timely fashion.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first double-check your bank account. If funds have definitely not be applied back into your account, please contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello[at]visible.clothing.

Exchanges:

If you want to exchange your garment for a different size, please send it back in the condition you received it and we will endeavour to send you a new one. If we are unable to exchange it, we will issue you a refund. Send us an email to hello[at]visible.clothing for your nearest return address

Postage:

You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning all items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If the cost of shipping your item is over £50, you should consider using a shipping service that offers a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
